Cold hands, cold feet exhibition photographs, 1956.

Photographs of the exhibition which told the story of how man has managed to keep his extremities warm in cold weather, including views of mittens, footwear, hats, scarves, muffs, and gaiters from such places as Greenland, Peru, Siberia, Japan, and the United States. The exhibition compared cultures as well as periods in history. Photographs were taken by Alex J. Rota. Photographs are identified.
